Q3: Delivery Costs & policies

PBM Fitness agrees to supply products ordered via the VersaBall website within 28 days of receiving your order. A postage and handling cost of $30 to all Australian major cities applies. Additional postage & handling charges may apply to more remote areas of Australia.
A 30 day money back guarantee option applies to online purchases of the VersaBall only, however return delivery costs will apply.

Please note that domestic orders are sent via our premium courier service. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

International orders will not be accepted.

Delivery Delays
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

Q4: What is included in the price?

The VersaBALL package includes bench, fitness ball, owners manual plus four resistance bands in two lengths, a ball pump, an adjustable and removable seat, a fully adjustable leg hold down which gives greater stability and workout options. Plus a FREE product and training introduction DVD and workout flash cards. Its small size means easy working out and stowing away.

Q5: How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

The VersaBall comes with a 12month Home Use warranty. This covers faulty workmanship, wear and tear, parts and labor.
Home use warranty means that the VersaBall will only be covered when it has been used in the home environment only. That is, if the VersaBall is used in a commercial or corporate situation frequently used by general public i.e local sporting centre, gyms or schools then the Versaball home use warranty does not apply.

A commercial or corporate warranty is not available for this product.

Q6: What size fitball is included in the package?

At full inflation the ball included in the Horizon VersaBALL package is 65cm.

Q7: Can the stands be used effectively with different sized balls?

The stands are designed to be used with balls between the sizes of 60-70cm. We highly suggest that you used the ball provided or one of our brand fitballs.

Q8: What is the anti-burst rating on the balls?

We have performed weight limit/anti-burst tests for the ball. With 272kg loading at regular capacity, the ball will deflate itself slowly rather than transient burst when it is pierced by a sharp object. In addition, vendor has applied the RWTUV laboratory test for balls and according to the report the ball meets all safety standards that like products should have.

Q9: Can stands be purchased separately without the balls?

The Horizon Versa ball is sold as a complete package to the customer including the ball, frame, flipbook, instructional DVD and foot pump. These accessories may also be purchased separately for replacement after the warranty expires.
